We have partnered with a leading IT Cooling Solutions organisation to recruit for a Project Manager in Oklahoma. The Company has an incredibly good reputation in the market and is looking for the right candidate to assist with exciting product launches planned later this year.

Responsibilities:

• Work with team members, product managers and senior management to develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents that includes the scope, schedule, budgets, goals, and other deliverables

• Oversee Project lifecycle from A-Z. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans

• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders

• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

• 5 years direct project management capacity, particularly in process development.

• Strong Familiarity with Microsoft Projects.

• Persuasive and proactive individual, with ability to deal with a broad range of stakeholders.
