TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection have partnered with a leading manufacturer of Closures & Dispensing Systems in their search for a Product Line Manager – Hybrid – Beauty Product Line

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

• Eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship. Candidates can be located within any city along the East Coast
• Four or more years’ experience within the Beauty, Personal Care and/or Packaging Industry
• Ability to work cross functionally within the organisation across Sales, Marketing & Operations.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Act as a bridge internally to align commercial opportunities with manufacturing & financial results
• Engage with internal and external partners to drive growth and identify opportunities for future growth through new product development
• Deliver pricing that can maintain margins while winning new business
