We have partnered with a leading Concrete & Aggregates organisation to recruit for a Plant Manager to lead and manage all safety and production efforts at around 750K+ ton/year stone quarry.

The position will be based in Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• Site planning, pit development, quality control
• Overseeing financial evaluation
• You will be responsible for ensuring total protection of assets, as well as overseeing financial evaluation, budget/cost control for the plant.
• Being the key figure in the plant for environmental, personnel and community relations duties, aligning the plant’s operations with organisational standards.
• Implementing key safety and environmental policies (legal/company) and ensuring they are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Minimum of 10 years Aggregate or Mining experience.
• Have a understanding of plant automation systems
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft word, power point
• Have a deeper understanding of MSHA regulations and process.
• Solid understanding of aggregate processes and equipment.
