We have partnered with a Mental Health Provider to recruit for Outpatient Therapists to provide on sight management of clients and drive their mission to enhance the mental health of all in our community by providing quality, accessible and comprehensive care.

As an Outpatient Therapist you will be pivotal to the ongoing success of this Mental Health organization.

Key Requirements:  

• Master’s degree in related field required.
• LMHC or LISW licensure is required.
• Prefer previous experience in the field of mental health, including individual and group therapy.
• Excellent public relations skills required
• Proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written & verbal communications skills required

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide intake/evaluation services as member of multi-disciplinary team, complete intake paperwork, assessments, case presentation and assignment
• Provide ongoing therapy to assigned clients (and their families when appropriate): Individual, Groups, Family
• Serve as a member of multi-disciplinary team, attend staffing and discipline meetings
• Responsible for assessment of own case load, work load, and working with team. supervisor/coordinator
• May participate in special areas of interest – consultation and education, special interest groups including assertive training, family therapy, play therapy, individual services, summer camps, etc.
