TH Daniels is currently partnered with a rapidly growing US-based food ingredients organisation who are looking for an Applications Technologist to join their R&D team.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing new concepts and prototypes for meat alternatives with authentic taste and texture
• Working alongside the culinary team to demonstrate flavor and function of meat and meat alternative products in finished foods
• Working with the R&D Manager to help train customers and sales team on ingredient functionality, blending procedures, and testing methods
• Demonstrating knowledge of the products and assisting sales in promoting the portfolio to customers
• Supporting sales efforts in the field by travelling to key customer locations and for presentations and tradeshows

To be considered for the position you must have the following:

• Degree in Food Science or related subject
• 2+ years of product development experience within the food ingredients space
• Strong background in meat applications
