We have partnered with a leading organisation in Fertility, providing all IVF based treatments to aid those wanting to have a family, looking to recruit a Director of Clinical Operations based in Massachusetts.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

 

• Based in Massachusetts.
• MBA
• 5+years’ experience in the Fertility and/or Women’s Reproductive Healthcare sector as well extensive experience overseeing clinical and practice operational management.
• Demonstrate ability to work closely with ranging clinical professionals and the ability to implement strong organisational initiatives.
• Experience in the nursing and pregnancy areas of women’s health with and deep clinical understanding of how to coordinate all practice operations.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

 

• Expertise leasing with all clinical and nursing staff across a large regional scope including the organisation and streamlining of multiple practices and their performance.

 

• Instrumental in developing and maintaining operational efficiency of all clinical activity including laboratory regulations, policies and procedures are up to safety standards.

 

• Works closely with Clinical Services supervisory personnel to ensure their development and their commitment to company wide goals and objectives .
