We have partnered with a Behavioral Health Network to recruit for a Clinical Director to provide on-site operational oversight for a Pediatric Mental Health Clinic in Ohio.

As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in the success of this clinic.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree, in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Mental Health is essential
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Mental Health field, with 2 years management experience.
• A passion for improving the lives of children suffering with mental health.
• Proven experience working with children, youth and families.
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing healthcare facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and initiative to develop programs in response to the needs of the patients.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee management and operations, aligning with the goals and objectives of the organization.
• Regularly review and suggest areas for change in program services, to ensure optimal patient care and regulatory compliance
• Maintain an effective clinical organizational structure and delegate authority for completion of responsibilities.
• Provide clinical consultations with patients and their families on a regular basis.
• Recruit, hire and supervise clinical staff to help with the expansion of the program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, schools and healthcare providers.
• Assist in resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency of the clinic.
