We have partnered with an industry leader in the Packaging Industry, who are looking to hire a North America Business Development Manager – Rigid Packaging to lead new sales and business development activities in the territory.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following key requirements:

• Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Currently located anywhere across the US & willing to travel
• Educated with a relevant degree discipline – compensatory experience also accepted for exceptional candidates
• Proven industry experience within the Packaging Industry

Additional Requirements & Required Industry Experience:

• 7-10 years’ experience in Sales & Business Development within the Packaging sector
• Strong customer facing experience with an established network & customer base across North America
• Proactive and motivated self-starter who can work well individually and part of a global organization
• Rigid packaging expertise is a bonus

Key Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Leading all Sales & Business Development activities for the Rigid Packaging business unit across North America
• Set sales & product strategy for the product portfolio and for target customers
• Responsible for negotiating & managing contracts with customers and leading internal commercial teams
• Work cross-functionally with teams across marketing, supply chain, quality & regulatory
• Reporting to the VP Sales – North America
